Frequently asked questions
Do I need to log in with Instagram?
No. You only need the link to a public post or reel, so you never share a password.
Which posts work?
Public posts, carousels and reels. Private accounts and posts with comments turned off can’t be read, but you can still paste the comments yourself.
How many comments can it load?
Up to 2,000 comments per post. Loading from a link is also limited per hour so the service stays available for everyone.
Is the draw really random?
Yes. Each winner is chosen with the cryptographic random generator built into your browser, with no bias toward early or late comments.
Can the same person win twice?
No. Each person can win only once per draw, even if “One entry per person” is turned off.
How can I prove the result?
Save the certificate image and the CSV of all entries after the draw, and post them with your announcement.
